I hesitated at first, but these sneakers won me over. Read this! : New Balance BB891 Performance Basketball Shoe,Black,11 D US
I have bought 6-7 pairs of New balance 13 2E basketball shoes over the last incorporate of years. I play outdoors approximately everyday on a hard outside at a fairly competitive level and need a wide, good cushioned, stable and relatively light shoe. My knees are hanging in there and I want to keep it that way. So far the Nb 905's have been the best, but since I play everyday and they only last 3-4 months, I have a hard time paying $100+ and try to find sales online. I should have paid the extra $30 and tried the 907's or stayed with the 905's. These 891's Are Not Wide for a 2E size. When I tried Nike, Addidas and most Reebok the sides rub holes in my toe and these are doing the same. Also, I wear 2 pair of socks and I all the time take the insoles out and replace with sport insoles and this pushes my foot in these painfully to the top. Did not happen with the 905 and comfortable from day 1. The only part I do like is that these are light, lighter than the 905, but that also makes them feel cheap where the toungue and laces bulge out too far. I will give up the small weight divergence for the width, comfort and stability. I have worn these for a week now and played 10-12 hours of basketball, unfortunately I'm going to probably try and wear them a incorporate more weeks beofre I break down and buy someone else pair. I do not advise these at all.
